Tech3 ("we", "us", "our") builds websites for local businesses around Sydney. • •Automatically, like most websites: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit) to keep the site running and secure. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.

How we use it

We use your information to:

Who we share it with

We only share what is necessary, and only with the trusted services that help us run the business:

Each of these handles your information under their own privacy and security terms. We do not hand your details to anyone for marketing. We may disclose information if we are required to by law.

Where your information is stored

Some of these providers (including Stripe, Vercel and Web3Forms) store data on secure servers outside Australia. By using this website and our services, you consent to your information being handled in this way.

How we keep it safe

This website runs over a secure (HTTPS) connection, and we use reputable providers with industry-standard security. Card payments are processed entirely within Stripe's PCI-compliant systems, so sensitive payment details never pass through us. We limit who can access your information and keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet our legal obligations.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, or ask us to delete it. Just email us at info@tech3.com.au and we will sort it out. If you have a concern about how we have handled your information, you can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
